A new luxury real estate development on Whidbey Island in Washington State needed a tagline, print brochure, and landing page that quickly captured the attention of their target audience and painted a picture of upscale, exclusive, effortless, and environmentally friendly living unmatched by the competition. I also worked with a team on the branding campaign to come up with a name for the development and the look and feel of deliverables based on the creative brief.
